A herby concoction, continued...

I was left to my own devices for lunch today since Ed had his own plans. I didn't want to fuss too much over this single portion of lunch, and wanted to use the avocado and tomato that were getting dangerously soft. So I combined them with other things that were lying around, and which packed a load of flavour - onions, flat leaf parsley, cornichons and capers.

I had not planned further than that, so my heart fluttered with excitement when I saw the lonely bottle of that awesome herby concoction I made last week sitting in an almost forgettable part of the fridge.

It was a great salad topper too, just sayin'.
